1. ENERGY MAINTENANCE SUPPLY INC. Fluorescent Tubes, Compact Fluorescent Lamps, Incandescent Lamps, LED Tubes and LED Lamps are guaranteed to test correctly at their stated watts. Lumens, Volts, and Amperes subject to tolerances prescribed by the United States Government Bureau of Standards.
2. ENERGY MAINTENANCE SUPPLY INC. Incandescent lamps have life ranges from 3500-10,000 depending on the types of lamp and service for which they are designed.
3. ENERGY MAINTENANCE SUPPLY INC. Fluorescent lamps have a rated life range of 48,000 hours.
4. ENERGY MAINTENANCE SUPPLY INC. Guarantees to replace fluorescent tubes sold on service (at guaranteed service price) for a term of 60 months. Any lamps that burn out prior to this stated period would be replaced, without charge, provided the burn out lamp was used under normal conditions.
5. ALL MERCURY VAPOR LAMPS AND SELF BALLASTED MERCURY LAMPS are guaranteed for a period of 120 months subject to the same “normal use” conditions.
6. ALL INCANDESCENT LAMPS are guaranteed for a period of 24 months, subject to the same “normal use” conditions.
7. ALL QUARTZ IODINE LAMPS are guaranteed for a period of 24 months, subject to the same “normal use” conditions.
8. ALL SILVERED LAMPS, WEATHER PROOF; PAR 38'S AND R TYPE LAMPS are guaranteed for a period of 24 months, subject to the same “normal use” conditions.
9. ALL COMPACT FLOURESCANT LAMPS are guaranteed for a period of 24 months, subject to the same “normal use” conditions.
10. ALL HIGH PRESSURE SODIUM LAMPS AND SELF BALLASTED HIGH PRESSURE SODIUM LAMPS are guaranteed for a period of 120 months subject to the same “normal use” conditions.
11. ENERGY MAINTENANCE SUPPLY INC. Guarantees to replace LED tubes sold on service (at guaranteed service price) for a term of 60 months. Any lamps that burn out prior to this stated period would be replaced, without charge, provided the burn out lamp was used under normal conditions.

Guarantees to replace mercury vapor lamps, self ballasted mercury vapor lamps, high pressure sodium lamps and self ballasted high pressure sodium lamps, and all types of ballasts sold on service (at guaranteed service price) for a term of 120 months. Any lamps or ballasts that burn out prior to this stated period would be replaced, without charge, provided the burn out lamp was used under normal conditions.
